Our mattresses are folded into a mattress box before our mattresses are despatched We deliver our goods mainly by one of the largest independent express delivery companies in the United Kingdom . We generally deliver our goods within 1 week upon receipt of an order. You can trace your placed orders via their modern track and trace system using a unique consignment number. ARISE MATTRESS WARRANTY:
Arise viscose elastic foam mattresses have a warranty for a period 10 years pro-rata, see our breakdown below, to any manufacturing defect occurring from materials or poor workmanship. All other foam products and adjustable bed components have a warrantee of 2 years. Our refunds and credits are strictly at the judgment of Arise Europe Ltd.

The guarantee covers physical defects or changes that cause a visible indentation (more than 2 cm) in the Arise Viscose Elastic Foam. The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties. The guarantee is valid only if the Arise Viscose Product is used and handled as described in these instructions for use.
If a claim is made under the guarantee, you must present an invoice or sales receipt as documentation of your purchase.
